Kindness doesn’t cost a thing yet a few people find it so difficult to be thoughtful and frequently overlook that their actions which can have a detrimental effect those they are nasty towards.
Usually, it’s those working in the service business that ends up getting the unpleasant end of the things and one proprietor was becoming weary of impolite customers in his shop. He chose to offer a generous incentive rewarding those clients who were polite.When the owner placed a sign outside his shop the word spread quickly.… around the globe.

By placing this sign outside his coffeehouse in Roanoke, Virginia, Austin Simms hiped to reduce the level of rudeness portrayed by some customers.The sign he placed outside his bistro displays his new pricing structure with kindness being the key factor in mind.

The sign reads: ”Small coffee $5”

”Small coffee, please. $3”

”Hello, one small coffee, please. $1.75”

Austin said: “I decided to start charging more for people who didn’t take the time to say hello and connect and realize we’re all people behind the counter.”

The sign was advertised for just one day and the story circulated online going viral even making it into an English paper.

Individuals were extremely supportive of Austin’s choice and left remarks on Facebook.
